Communiqué to the Islamic Ummah
America and Russia are currently heading a hasty campaign to hold conferences and meetings on the future of Syria. One year after the Geneva 1 conference, preparations are gathering momentum to hold the Geneva 2 conference. Afterwards, Obama and Putin are expected to meet in Dublin during the G8 Summit where the Syrian issue will be on their agenda.
Several parties, especially America and Russia, expect the meeting to bring about a solution to the situation in Syria. The US Secretary of State, John Kerry, met the Russian president and foreign minister earlier this month and agreed on holding the Geneva 2 conference early next month. In fact, the keenness manifested by several states, particularly America, to end the suffering of the masses in Syria was not driven by humanitarian concerns; this would not have even crossed their minds, especially when it is the future of the Muslims and their lands at stake. America and Russia have probably concluded a deal that merely serves their interests in Syria and the region.
America wants to execute her initiative in the Middle East which would keep the region and Syria under secular rule and set-up the country for fragmentation whenever her interests necessitate, now that she has ensconced the domestic sectarian segregation between the Alawites and others and has consolidated the “doctrinal” rift between the so-called “Sunni” and “Shia” that she had been striving to widen further in the region. The initiative that America is executing under the guise of supporting the peoples of the region is merely designed to serve her interests in order to remain the sole power dominating world affairs this century and controlling the lion’s share of its riches.

To the Sincere Noblemen of the Islamic Ummah in Egypt
To the Free Officers of the Armed Forces in the Land of Islam
Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
Our Islamic Ummah is indeed a nation of generosity and sacrifice and her noble lineage drives her to unshackle herself from repression and injustice. However, she has been detached from her true identity for some time, distracted from the quintessence of her Islam and the resources of her lands have been plundered. She has been subjected to the cruellest forms of mortification, political deception and deprivation. The Islamic Ummah has been for some time aspiring to liberate herself on the basis of her Aqeedah. Even the Kafir West labelled the last quarter of the 20th century as the “Islamic Resurgence” to describe the swing in the viewpoint towards Islam among the Ummah from an Islam that represents the spiritual aspect towards “political Islam”, i.e. the Muslims’ viewpoint to the true Islam that encompasses the solutions to life’s affairs related to the State and society’s relationships. Hence, Islam’s accession to power and the implementation of Allah’s Shari’ah anew in the realm of life, the State and society have become a nightmare for America and the Kafir West.

Our Ummah has been described as the best nation sent to mankind; hence it is forbidden for her to be extinct and it is a crime for her to suffer obliteration. She is the Ummah who spread guidance in the world and established justice among people. She has sought the truth in ruling her subjects and she has spread mercy among all people and her guardianship engulfed everyone. She has spread serenity and generated stability. The Ummah has provided all those who responded to her call with the bliss of this life. She is indeed the Ummah who has lived in order to salvage people from polytheism and Kufr. Millions of her sons gained martyrdom for the sake of holding Allah’s Word supreme. Her main work in this life has been the carrying of the Islamic Da'wah to the world and her high ideal has been the gaining of Allah’s pleasure.

A Call
Dear Muslims… Either you are with Islam or With America!
Dear Muslims from among the people of power and salvation… Either you hand over the rule to Hizb ut-Tahrir or you hand it to America!
For several months America has been engaged in practical preparations to stage a new invasion of the Islamic lands and to rid herself of some of the regimes that she herself had established and enabled to remain and continue in power. She even protected them internationally during the era of the Anglo-American struggle over the region. However, America is currently accusing those regimes of being dictatorial ruling systems that threaten American interests; what in fact America is seeking is to delve into the rest of the region militarily and to dominate from the viewpoint of security so that she may proceed towards uprooting Islam from the hearts of the Muslims from a close distance, and towards concentrating the concepts of her Western civilization and her corrupt values amongst them. Hence, America will prevent any sincere move aimed at ridding the region and its people from her yoke and the threat of her agents.
